Step 4 : Once your selection is complete, click the “PROCEED” button or scroll down to locate the “ADD TO CART” button.
Step 5 : If your order exceeds 800 USD, proceed to checkout.
Step 6 : Complete the Billing and Shipping details
Step 7 : Review your order and Carefully READ Terms and Conditions. Then click PLACE ORDER, Your order will be sent to your email, and we will respond as soon as possible. (Please check your inbox, Junk and spam mail folder)
Step 8 : Await our confirmation email and proforma invoice, which will include information on availability and freight costs.
Step 9 : Make a PAYMENT and we will proceed to book the flight. We will inform you once the booking is confirmed.
Step 10 : Provide us with the necessary import permits and other relevant documents for the shipping agent.
Step 11 : Your items will be prepared and shipped via air cargo within 7-15 days after payment (subject to potential delays due to flight schedules). You will receive the airway bill/tracking number and phytosanitary/CITES certificate will be sent to you by the email after the departure date.
