How to order
Choose your plants from our catalogues, tell us what you would like on the form below, and send it to us. We will reply with a proforma invoice showing prices, air freight and certificate costs to your airport. Our office is open Monday to Friday, so if you write at the weekend we will reply on Monday.
Minimum order quantity by category
Orders are also subject to a minimum value of USD 800 of plant cost, or the airline minimum weight, whichever is greater.

What happens after you send the form
- We confirm availability and send a proforma invoice with prices, air freight and certificate costs.
- You make payment, and we book the flight. We let you know once the booking is confirmed.
- You send us your import permit and any other documents the shipping agent needs.
- Your plants are prepared and shipped by air cargo within 7 to 15 days of payment, subject to flight schedules.
- After departure we email you the airway bill or tracking number, together with the phytosanitary and CITES certificates.
